Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of Convoyant, LLC dba Gro² and its affiliated companies (“Gro²”, “we”, “us” and/or “our”), for data and personal information we collect.
Information we collect
When you contact us, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, and message. When you use our website, our hosting and analytics providers may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser, device information, pages visited, and cookies.
If you connect a Google account, we receive basic profile information (such as name and email address) and access authorized Gmail data needed to process and manage unwanted emails.
How we use information
We use contact and account information to operate the service, respond to requests, provide support, and protect our systems. We use website information to maintain and understand the performance of gro2.com.
We use information from your connected Google account to provide the inbox features you choose to use. The tool reads and analyzes your emails and how you manage them. It organizes messages according to preferences you set and approve, including by labeling or archiving emails. We do not use Gmail data for advertising.
How Google data is stored and shared
Gro² stores metadata about your account and emails, such as timestamps and sender information, along with the authorization tokens needed to provide the service. Your emails and account content remain yours. We do not sell user data. Google data is shared only with service providers needed to deliver the features described in this policy.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Your choices and deletion
You can disconnect Gro² through your Google Account settings or contact us at [email protected] to request account and data deletion. When you disconnect, we remove the authorization tokens that allow us to access your Google account. We retain account and email metadata while needed to provide the service and delete it after your account is disconnected or closed.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information we handle, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and secure token management. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services change. We will post the revised policy here with a new effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate.
